At Patricia Noone's suggestion, we have established a St. Isidore bulletin board to facilitate the flow of information as the reconfiguration process unfolds.
The current status is: - Fr. Butler has written a letter to Archbishop Sean stating the reasons why he feels the decision to suppress the parish should be reversed. - There will be a meeting of the pastors of the three potential receiving parishes this Saturday at 11 AM. Fr. Ken Quinn of St. Bridget's in Maynard, Fr. Walter Woods of St. Elizabeth of Hungary in Acton and Fr. Walter Carreiro of St. Michael's in Hudson. Following this meeting, Fr. Butler will write a letter summarizing his thoughts to Bishop Lennon. The deadline for this letter is July 1st. Peace, Deacon Charlie Cornell |
